Once steeped, Refresh Pu’erh tea infuses a lemon-scented amber liquor; at first sip the lemongrass and verbena taste are balanced with light green tea flavor and smooth, thick Pu’erh.

Pu’erh tea boasts  support for weight loss and unhealthy cholesterol. Green tea is famous for its anti-oxidants qualities. Yerba Mate is naturally high in caffeine, minerals and antioxidants making it an excellent, energizing  brew (and balances you out so you won’t have the classic caffeine related crash). How to make the Prefect cup of tea:

Loose tea

1-1.5 TSP  for 8oz/200ml water heated to 205F/95° and steep for 4 to 6 minutes

5 years aged Pu’erh, yerba mate, lemon verbena, green tea, lemongrass, matcha green tea.
